Sarayubala Devi:

18 September, 1912 :

Mother said (about Nag Mahashaya), "Such faith in the Master! The clean and the unclean were alike to him!"

"During the auspicious Ardhodaya-Yoga," I continued, "Nag Mahashaya had gone home, whereupon his father rebuked him saying, 'What! Instead of bathing in the GangA on this auspicious occasion, you actually come away from the banks of the GangA!'

"But at that actual moment of the heavenly combination people noticed water seeping through the floor of the courtyard and flooding the whole place, and Nag Mahashaya pouring handfuls of water on his own head crying, 'Come, Mother GangA, come.' When the neighbours saw this, they too bathed in the water."

"Yes, his great faith could bring about the impossible." Mother said. "I once gave him a cloth to wear; but he used to wrap it around his head. His wife too was so good and devoted! She came here during the mango season, some time ago. She is till living."...
