Long after this, I went to see Mother again, accompanied by a doctor's wife. I was afraid she would not recognize me as Sister Sudhira was not with us. We went to the Master's room and found that Mother had left her seat after finishing her pujA.
As soon as she saw me, she said, "Well, my daughter, so you have come? You have not been here for a long time. I have been worrying about you. Where are you staying now?"
Then after I had bowed to her, she touched my head and blessed me and asked after Sister Sudhira. I told her she had returned to Calcutta and I came with her. My heart was filled with happiness that Mother had recognized me.

When we went to see Mother, she spoke of various things and then asked after Jogin-Ma, adding, "It is so sad that she could not come with us. She was very ill. The Master and Mother (KAli) have spared her. I was so anxious about her."
